少齿差内啮合传动多齿啮合的研究

摘  要:在少齿差内啮合传动中,存在多对接近啮合的小间隙齿面于理论啮合点左右,轮齿受力产生的微小变形使得某些对齿面相互接触进入啮合状态。多对轮齿同时啮合,使得传动能力明显提高,而它的力学计算属于超静定问题。介绍利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS分别计算正常渐开线齿轮内啮合和短齿渐开线齿轮内啮合的承载能力,说明少齿差内啮合传动的实际承载能力以及齿形长短对承载能力的影响。In small tooth difference of inner meshed transmission, there were a few pairs of tooth faces which were apart from each other for a small gap beside the contact point generated by two meshed teeth. The distances of some pairs of tooth faces became so closer that they contacted each other finally when the gear was fully loaded. More pairs of meshed faces were able to transmit more power than that expected. The calculation of their mechanics belongs to statically indeterminate problem. Using ANSYS-a large software about FEA the load capacity of the inner meshed gear pair including both regular involute gear and short tooth involute gear was introduced and calculated. The result of the calculation mentioned above expatiated the load capacity of the inner meshed gear pair with small tooth difference, and the tooth lengths had some influence on the gear's load capacity.
