摘　　要：介绍了废热锅炉中薄管板的重要作用,以及薄管板上利用陶瓷套管和耐热混凝土以降低管板温度的热防护形式;介绍了薄管板的结构形式,以及管子与管板焊接过程中采取加固措施来防止焊接变形。建议薄管板应用到其他换热器上,以节约设备用材,提高经济效益。The important effect of thin tube sheet in waste heat boiler was introduced. By using ceramic sleeve and heat resisting concrete ,the temperature of thin tube sheet can be dropped. Furthermore ,Introduced the structure forms of thin tube sheet and the measures of deformation defending in the welding process of tube and tube sheet. Suggested that of using thin tube sheet in other heaters, so that the material can be saved and the economic benefit can be improved.
