摘  要:环氧乙烷的主要生产方法有氯醇法和直接氧化法两种,其中直接氧化法又分为空气氧化法和氧气氧化法,着重对这几种生产方法进行了分析比较,由于氧气氧化法存在不需要空气净化系统、环氧乙烷收率高、乙烯单耗低等优点,目前许多厂家都采用氧气氧化法。对环氧乙烷的应用进行了分类介绍。提出了我国发展环氧乙烷工业应加快消化吸收国外先进技术,积极发展国内技术,以及加大环氧乙烷下游产品开发应用力度的建议。The main production methods of ethylene oxide are chlorohydrination process and direct oxidation process, of which the direct oxidation process is divided into air oxidation - and oxygen oxidation - processes. Focused on the analyzation and comparison of these production methods emphatically. Because of the advantages of the oxygen oxidation process, of which there is no need for air purification system, the higher yield of ethylene oxide, as well as lower specific consumption of ethylene etc. ,it is widely used by many manufacturers. Also introduced the application of ethylene oxide in classification, and put forward suggestion on the development of ethylene oxide industry in China, such as speeding up the digestion and absorption of the foreign advanced technology, developing the domestic technology forwardly, as well as enhancing the development and application of the downstream products of ethylene oxide.
