摘  要:采用了周期性边界条件及各向同性的动力学相场模型对三维多晶生长的微观组织进行了模拟。结果表明:晶粒生长的平均半径符合抛物线的规律;相场仿真得到的准稳态晶粒尺寸分布形式具有相似性;同时又对晶粒的拓扑结构进行了观察:两个五边形晶粒最终分别以三边形晶粒和四边形晶粒消失。The microstructure evolution of 3D grain growth was simulated based on phase field model, in which the periodic boundary conditions and isotropy kinetics were applied. The simulated results expatiated that the growth of the grains was consistent with a parabolic growth law, the quasi-steady state grain size distribution forms in the 3D grain growth process obtained by phase field method were similar, the local topological changes of grains were observed: two 5-sided grains vanishing finally in the form of 3-sided grain and 4-sided grain respectively.
