摘　　要：目的:细胞凋亡是各种抗癌药物诱导癌细胞正常死亡的主要方式,本文旨在对人卵巢癌细胞株3AO诱导凋亡进行评价。方法:采用国内外文献综述方法。结果及结论:通过对人卵巢癌细胞株3AO诱导及促进凋亡的因素及抑制凋亡的因素进行阐述,更多地了解诱导、促进及抑制3AO凋亡的作用机制,更好地指导抗癌药物的临床应用。OBJECTIVE： The apoptosis is the main way to induce normal death of cancer cells. This paper aims to evaluate the induced apoptosis of 3AO cell line in human ovarian cancer. METHODS： The pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The discussion on the factors which can induce, promote or suppress the apoptosis of human ovarian cancer cells - 3AO can facilitate a better understanding of the mechanisms for the induction, promotion, and inhibition of the apoptosis of 3AO and guide the clinical use of anticancer drugs.
