长春西汀对血管性痴呆认知功能障碍改善的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨长春西汀对血管性痴呆患者认知功能障碍的治疗作用。方法:对42例脑中风患者疗效已达显著进步的血管性痴呆患者,随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(21例),在给予长春西汀治疗前、后,对两组患者分别评定其认知障碍情况,并进行统计分析。结果:长春西汀组治疗前后疗效有显著性差异,而对照组无明显好转。结论:长春西汀对改善血管性痴呆患者的认知障碍具有显著疗效。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the therapeutic effect of Vinpocetina for cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia. METHODS： 42 patients with cerebral apoplexy and vascular dementia in whom a significant progress had been achieved were randomly assigned to the trial group （n = 21 ） and control group （n = 21 ）. The cognitive impairment in the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment and the data were subjected to a statistical analysis. RESULTS： There was significant difference in Vinpocetine - treated group after treatment as compared with before treatment, while the difference in the control group was nonsignificant. CONCLUSION： Vinpocetina has remarkable efficacy for cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia.
