摘  要:目的:分析第2代抗组胺药引起心血管系统不良反应的临床特征、相关因素,为不良反应的防治提供参考依据。方法:检索1986~2007年国内文献源第2代抗组胺药引起心血管系统不良反应的资料。不良反应按世界卫生组织(WHO)国际药品监测合作中心的分类方法分类。结果:38例心血管系统不良反应报告中女性明显多于男性;引起不良反应的主要药物是特非拉定(22例)和阿司咪唑(11例);不良反应预后较好。结论:患者的性别、合并用药等因素能影响不良反应的发生,对心血管系统不良反应应提高警惕,减少不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical features and correlation factors of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in cardiovascular system caused by second generation antihistamine drugs for references in preventing and curing the ADRs. METHODS: Cardiovascular system lesion cases caused by second generation antihistamine drugs were retrieved from domestic medical journals from 1986 and 2007. The ADRs were classified based on the classification method recommended by WHO International Drug Monitoring Cooperation Center. RESULTS: Of the total 38 ADR cases, the proportion of females was higher than that of males. The cardiovascular system lesion was chiefly induced Terfenadine (22 cases) and Astemizole (11 cases); the ADRs had good prognosis. CONCLUSION: The ADRs caused by second generation antihistamine drugs related to many factors such as sex and drug combination etc. The cardiovascular system lesion caused by second generation antihistamine drugs worth the highest alert so as to reduce the incidence of ADRs.
