福辛普利联合氢氯噻嗪对伴肾损害高血压的治疗

摘　　要：目的:观察福辛普利联合氢氯噻嗪对伴肾损害高血压的治疗效果。方法:对我院2006年5月-2007年5月120例伴有肾损害高血压患者的观察。在原治疗方案的基础上调整降压药的种类和剂量,均服用或加服福辛普利与氢氯噻嗪,连续服药6个月,用药期间监测血压、电解质、尿蛋白、肾功能。结果:降压总有效率达95.34%,尿蛋白定性减少的总有效率达89.17%,血清肌酐下降的总有效率达90.12%,血清钾无明显变化。结论:伴有轻度。肾损害的高血压患者宜以血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及利尿剂为首选,两者合用有良好的降压效果和显著的肾脏保护作用。福辛普利对于轻中度肾功能不全者可不用调整剂量,安全有效。Purpose：Observation luck Xin Pulley unites the hydrogen chlorine sai qin to the partner kidney harm hypertension treatment result. Conclusion：Is accompanied by the mild kidney harm the patients with elevated blood pressure suitably take the blood vessel tense element transformation enzyme inhibitor and the diuretic as a first choice, both come in handy has the good voltage dropping resistor effect and the remarkable kidney protective function.Lucky Xin Pulley not entire may not use the adjustment dosage regarding the light moderate kidney function, safe effective.
