摘　　要：在对某单位一台神冈液压挖掘机的双联主泵使用现场进行考察的基础上,针对购买进口原装配件修复后,使用不足20天又损坏的双联主泵非正常损坏失效的原因进行了研究和分析,最后找出了导致主泵非正常失效损坏的主要原因。In order to set up sub - database for sheet metals formability in the database of metals plastic working technology and spread the applying technology of formability and GB/T 15825.1-8 （（Sheet metal formability and test methods））, it introduces a set of national industrial standards and the basic conception, describes the production system feature of sheet metal formability, classifies the formahility into five couples forms and ten technical conceptions, illustrates the technical application and developing tendencies of the formability in stamping manufacture combined with the relationship of formability and essential properties.
