摘　　要：目的:研究间隙连接蛋白Cx32,Cx43基因表达水平对胃癌侵袭转移潜能的影响。方法:用RT-PCR法分析Cx32和Cx43基因在不同分化类型胃癌细胞株GES-1、N87、BGC-823中的表达,并分析该基因表达对胃癌侵袭转移潜能的影响。结果:在Cx32表达谱中,N87、BGC-823与GES-1相比明显低表达甚至缺失(P<0.05),N87与BGC-823之间无明显统计学差异;在Cx43表达谱中,BGC-823表达均低于低转移潜能细胞株GES-1和N87。结论:Cx32、Cx43在胃癌的侵袭和转移中起到重要的作用。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the expression of connexin （Cx） 32 and 43 gene in metastatic potential of gastric cancer. Methods： RT - PCR was used to examine the expression of Cx32 and Cx43 in the gastric cancer cells of variously differentiated degree, and the relations of Cx expression with metastatic potential of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results： In Cx32 express table, the positive rate of Cx expression was markedly higher in GES - 1 than in N87 and BGC - 823, there was no obviously statistics discrepancy between N87 and BGC - 823 ; In Cx43 express table,the express of Cx43 in BGC - 823 was lower than GES - 1 and N87 cell lines. Conclusion： Cx32 and Cx43 are important factors in influencing the occurrence, development and metastatic potential of gastric cancer.
