摘 要:目的:研究丹参EN制剂对多器官功能障碍综合征(S-MODS)模型大鼠空肠黏膜上皮细胞凋亡及细胞凋亡调控基因ICEmRNA表达的影响。方法:将55只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、能全素组和丹参组。模型组、能全素组和丹参组分别经鼠尾静脉注射内毒素(LPS),建立S-MODS模型。对照组和模型组大鼠除正常喂养外,再用等渗盐水灌胃;能全素组给予EN制剂能全素灌胃;丹参组用丹参EN制剂灌胃。实验期为12 d。采用RT-PCR法检测空肠黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡,观察各组空肠黏膜上皮细胞ICE mRNA基因表达情况。结果:丹参组肠黏膜上皮细胞凋亡数低于模型组,且与能全素组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。丹参组空肠黏膜上皮ICE mRNA表达明显低于模型组(P<0.05),与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹参EN制剂可能通过下调ICE mRNA表达,减少肠黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡,进而发挥防治S-MODS的作用。Objective: The effect of radix salviae miltiorrhizae on intestine epithelium apoptosis of intestinal mucosa and expression of ICE mRNA was studied in rat. Methods: 55 Wistar rats were be randomly divided into control group, model group, nutrition group and radix salviae mihiorrhizae group. Model group, nutrition group and radix salviae mihiorrhizae group were respectively injected with LPS through the vein of rat tail to build S-MODS model. Nutrition group was fed with EN. The radix salviae mihiorrhizae group was fed with EN + radix salviae mihiorrhizae. The apoptosis of jejunum mucosa epithelial cell and the expression of ICE mRNA jejunum mucosa were examined. Results: The apoptosis and ICE mRNA expression in radix salviae mihiorrhizae intestine group were lower than those in model group and the nutrition group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The use of radix salviae mihiorrhizae with EN may decrease ICE mRNA expression and reduce the apoptosis of the intestine mueosa epithelial cell.
