摘　　要：目的:研究柠檬提取物对单纯疱疹病毒感染的抑制作用,探讨天然药物的抗病毒作用,为口腔局部用药提供新的选择。方法:采用MTT方法检验柠檬提取物对HSV-1的灭活作用和抗HSV-1感染细胞的作用。结果:柠檬提取物在1∶800稀释度时仍有灭活HSV-1作用和抗HSV-1感染细胞的作用。结论:柠檬提取物有抗病毒感染的潜力。Objective：To investigate the anti-virus effects of lemon peel extracts （LPE） on herpes simplex virustype 1 （HSV-1） , and to provide a new, natural and safe agent on the prevention and control of oral virus infection diseases. Methods： MTT method was used to examine the effects of LPE on herpes simplex virus-type 1 （ HSV- I ）. Results：LPE inhibited the pathogenicity of herpes simples virus-type 1 when LPE was diluted to 1：800. Conclusion： Lemon peel extracts have the anti-virus effects on herpes simplex virus-type 1 and without cell poison. Application of LPE is a new, natural and safety agent on the prevention and control of oral HSV-1 virus infection diseases.
