综合物理疗法在下睑袋整形术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用综合物理治疗的手段促进下睑袋切除整形术后快速恢复、维持手术效果及防治并发症的方法。方法:528例下睑袋切除整形术后患者,分成术后综合物理治疗组265例和非术后物理治疗组263例,综合物理治疗组术后应用超短波、电脑中频、手法按摩行下睑局部物理治疗并配戴低温热塑板材下睑支具进行下睑压迫。非术后物理治疗组术后不行任何物理治疗,待其自然恢复。结果:综合物理治疗组术后局部瘀血、睑结膜水肿、睑球分离者术后3周恢复率为83%;非理疗组术后3周恢复率为49%,显著低于综合物理治疗组。结论:下睑局部物理治疗联合低温热塑板材加压的综合治疗能迅速消除下眼睑整形术后的水肿、促进术后瘀血吸收、减少术后早期肿胀引起的下睑外翻等并发症,是睑袋整形手术良好的术后辅助手段。Objective To explore the application of synthetic physiotherapy to promote the rapid recovery and maintain the operation effects, prevent the complication after the lower eyelid baggy deformity plastic surgery. Methods 528 lower eyelid baggy deformity patients were performed the lower eyelid baggy plastic surgerg, in which 265 cases were treated by synthetic physiotherapy after operation while 263 cases had no any treatment after operation. The synthetic physiotherapy included ultra-short wave treatment, intermediate frequency electricity treatment, eyelid manipulation chirapsia and wearing hypothermic thermoplast plate orthosis on lower eyelid. The non-treated group had not accepted any physiotherapy with a natural rehabilitation process. Results The three-week recovery rate of local stagnated blood, palpebral conjunctiva edema, segregation between eyelid and eyeball in synthetic physiotherapy group was 83% and the non-physiotherapy group was 49%, which was much lower than the former significantly. Conclusion The synthetic physiotherapy could eliminate the palpebral conjunctiva edema, promote the resorption of stagnated blood, reduce the complications such as lower eyelid ectropion. It may be a wonderful assistant method to lower eyelid baggy plastic surgery.
