调Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗面部褐青色痣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价波长为755nm的调Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗面部褐青色痣的疗效。方法:采用调Q开关翠绿宝石激光器针对107例面部褐青色痣患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后面部色素的变化情况,结合激光能量密度、治疗次数对疗效进行分析评估。结果:107例患者总有效率达53.27%,其中能量密度9.0J/cm2、9.5J/cm2、10.0J/cm2、11.0J/cm2和12.0J/cm2有效率分别为27.27%、29.41%、57.58%、67.65%和58.33%;治疗次数为1～2次、3～4次、5～6次和6次以上的有效率分别为32.35%、48.98%和86.67%和100%。结论:调Q开关翠绿宝石激光能够有效治疗或者改善面部褐青色痣,在能量密度为9.0～12.0J/cm2的范围内疗效差异存在统计学意义,能量密度为10.0～12.0J/cm2疗效较好,治疗次数差异存在统计学意义,次数越多疗效越好。Objective To assess the efficacy of Q-switched alexandrite laser of 755nm on nevus fuscocaerules zygomaticus. Methods 107 patients with nevus fuscocaerules zygomaticus underwent Q-switched alexandrite laser treatment. The change of pigmentation facial was observed before and after treatment to assesse the efficacy according to the energy density and the times of treatment. Results All effect rate of 107 cases is 53.27%, and the effect rate with the energy density of 9.0J/cm^2, 9.5J/cm^2, 10.0J/cm^2, 11.0J/cm^2 and 12.0J/cm^2 is 27.27%, 29.41%, 57.58%, 67.65% and 58.33%：and that of the times of 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and more than 6 is 32.35%, 48.98%, 86.67% and 100%. Conclusions Q-switched alexandrite laser appears to be effective in treating nevus fuscocaerules zygomaticus. There is statistical significance with the difference of energy density from 9.0J/cm^2 to 12J/cm^2, and it is more effective with the energy density from 10.0J/cm^2 to 12J/cm^2. There is also the statistical significance with that of the times, and the more times, the more effect rate.
