摘　　要：目的:探讨面部Noch区域创面修复手术技巧。方法:应用局部皮瓣等针对性手术方法,治疗43例患者,术后从面部外形、瘢痕及是否病灶复发等进行随访。结果:患者病灶无复发,均对术后瘢痕及外形满意。结论:面部Noch区域创面修复应选用针对性治疗方案以得到最佳手术效果。Objective To discuss the surgical treatment for the skin defects in facial Noch area. Methods We have performed targeted operations with 43 patients using the methods such as local skin flaps, followed about appearance, scar and recurrence. Results All patients followed up have no relapse, were satisfied with the appearance. Conclusion We should advocate an targeted operation for the skin defects in facial Noch area to access each patient＇s best effects.
