锆英面砂替代材料的试验

摘　　要：由于面层材料锆英砂的短缺及其价格的不断上涨,寻找面层锆英砂的替代品成为一种必然趋势。试验采用某种煤矸石砂替代面层锆英砂,结果表明,面层使用该种砂的型壳适用于浇注低合金钢,而浇注不锈钢时须对型壳材料及工艺进行调整。Due to the rising price and shortage of sand, it is necessary to search for a substitute of, zircon sand. The article mainly introduces the trials on coal gangue sand to replace zircon facing sand. The results reveal that the coal gangue sand is suitable for facing sand in low alloy steel investment casting. However, the shell materials and technology should be adjusted when it is used in production of stainless steel investment casting.
