摘　　要：作为调控对象的汽车企业更应该明白,政府是要通过新消费税表明产业调控的态度,明确高油价及其以后能源时代的政策导向,给汽车企业指明正确的路径选择方向。Automobile enterprises as control target should understand that the government is to clarify the attitude of industry regulation and control through by the new consumption tax,clearing high oil prices and energy policy trend,specifying the correct path for auto enterprises.
