牛黄为主的中药组方加减防治恶性肿瘤化疗毒副作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察牛黄为主的中药组方加减对化疗导致的毒副作用的保护作用。方法将68例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组48例、对照组20例。治疗组在化疗同时开始服用中药汤剂,并连续服用2～3个月,对照组单纯使用化疗药物。观察2组化疗前后化验室检查变化及化疗毒副作用。结果化疗后治疗组蛋白质代谢及免疫功能均优于对照组,治疗组化疗后口腔炎、呕吐和腹泻等症状较对照组明显减轻。结论牛黄为主的中药组方加减能够减轻化疗导致的毒副作用,不影响肿瘤对化疗的反应,能明显提高机体的免疫功能。Objective To observe the preventive effects of modified formulas of TCM containing bezoar on the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy. Method The patients with malignant tumors （n=68） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=48） and the control group （n=20）. The treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction （containing bezoar） and chemotherapy simultaneously for 2 to 3 months, and the control group was given chemotherapy only. The changes of laboratory test results and toxic and side effects of chemotherapy were observed in two groups before and after the treatment. Result In the treatment group the protein metabolism and immunity in the patients were better than those in the control group after the chemotherapy, and some symptoms, including stomatitis, vomit and diarrhea were all alleviated significantly in the treatment group. Conclusion The modified formula of TCM containing bezoar can abate the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy, and improve the body＇ s immunity, but can not influence the effect of chemotherapy on malignant tumors.
