摘  要:目的探讨强记片对东莨菪碱致小鼠学习记忆能力损伤的改善作用及其作用机理。方法小鼠灌胃不同剂量强记片后腹腔注射东莨菪碱造成学习记忆障碍模型,造模后测定各组小鼠Morris水迷宫和跳台行为学实验中的学习记忆能力和胆碱乙酰化酶(choline acetylase,ChAT)及胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE)活性。结果强记片各剂量可改善东莨菪碱所致痴呆小鼠在行为学实验中表现出的学习记忆障碍,并可提高小鼠脑内ChAT活性,降低AChE活性,并具有一定的量效关系。结论强记片可明显增强东莨菪碱致痴呆小鼠的学习记忆能力,机制可能与其能增加小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine,ACh)、改善胆碱能神经系统功能有关。实验结果证明中药复方强记片在阿尔茨海默氏病的治疗方面有一定的开发价值。objective To investigate the effects of Qiangji Tablets on learning-memory impairment mice induced by scopolamine and its possible mechanism. Methods Qiangji Tablets was orally administered for 14 days. Mice learning-memory deficit was induced by scopolamine intraperitoneal injection 30mins before Morris Water Maze and Step-down avoidance behavior test, then the brain of mice was dissected for ChAT and AChE activity assay. Results Qiangji Tablets blocked learning-memory impairment induced by scopolamine, increased the activity of ChAT and decreased the activity of AChE in the mice brain with dose-effect relationship in some degree. Conclusion Qiangji Tablets improves mice learning-memory ability and enhances mice acetylcholinergic system. The results indicate that Qiangji Tablets may have a promising application in treatment of dementia diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease.
