摘 要:本文提出了闪烁式棉花色度测量原理,并设计、研制成功了闪烁式棉花色度仪。理论分析及实验测试表明,在测量精度上与美国思彬莱公司的930型色度仪相同,而仪器稳定性更高。本仪器合理解决了发热问题。Color measurement is one of the most important parts of cotton fiber testing. A new type of cotton shining colorimeter is researched and fabricated. The design of colorimeter is systematically illustrated in this paper, including the principle of photoelectric integration color measurement, optimum design of glass color filters. Based on theoretical analysis on the property of the luminescent lamp, a new working mode——shining is proposed, which improves the instability greatly, decreases the consumption and simplifies the structure of the instrument. Further more, it makes it possible to develop portable colorimeter which is suitable for China. Experimental results show that XJ-115 has the same resolution as the colorimeter 930 of Splinlab Co., and its instability is higher than the later.
