摘　　要：采用粉末样品压片制样，用经不同方法定值的工厂原料制备的样品作为标准，使用Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪对水泥生料、熟料、成品等样品中的Ｎａ、Ｍｇ、Ａｌ、Ｓｉ、Ｓ、Ｃｌ、Ｋ、Ｃａ和Ｆｅ等９个元素进行测定，其分析结果与化学法定值符合较好，方法的精密度好（ＲＳＤ＜２．７０％，ｎ＝１０，Ｃｌ除外），能满足水泥生产质量监控的快速、准确的要求。A X_ray fluorescence spectrometric method with pressed powder pellet sample preparation technique has been developed for the direct determination of Na, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl, K, Ca and Fe, in raw material, clinker and products of cement by using synthetic standards with similar matrix to the samples. The method has been applied to the determination of these elements in cement materials with satisfactory results. The precision(RSD) for these elements was less than 2.7% (except for Cl). The method can be used in quality control of the cement products.
