反相高效液相色谱法测定清肝利胆制剂中的栀子甙

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法（ＲＰ＿ＨＰＬＣ）分离测定了清肝利胆制剂（口服液和粉剂）中的栀子甙。在２０～２７０ｍｇ／Ｌ的浓度内，浓度与峰面积线性关系良好。方法的回收率在９５％～１０５％，ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝７）小于１２％，最低检测限为０２５ｍｇ／Ｌ。对不同批号的清肝利胆制剂中的栀子甙进行测定，结果满意。In this paper, a RP_HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in preparations of “Qinggan Lidan” powder and oral liquid was described. A good linearity between peak area response and concentration of analysis within 2.0～27.0 mg/L range was obtained. Detection limit for geniposide was 0.25 mg/L. The recoveries were 95%～105% with precision of less than 1.2% RSD. The method was applied to the determination of geniposide in preparations of “Qinggan Lidan” powder and oral liquid with satisfactory results.
