摘  要:以国家黄淮海区试南A组11个大豆品种为材料,对12个主要农艺性状进行变异系数、相关性和主成分分析,结果表明:有效分枝、倒伏级和单株荚数的变异系数较大,分别为60.93%、34.40%和27.89%,生育期的变异系数最小为4.17%;在相关性上,小区产量与单株粒重呈极显著正相关,株高、单株荚数、单株粒数和每荚粒数也与小区产量呈正相关;主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分对变异的累计贡献率达92.16%。在性状选择上,首先对变异大的性状进行选择是非常重要的,在品种选择上,应注意选择产量和单株粒重、单株荚数、单株粒数、每荚粒数均高的品种。The genetic variation,correlation and principal component of 12 agronomic characters of 11 soybean varieties of south group A in Huanghuaihai region were analyzed . The result showed that the variations of No. of branches per plant, lodging of 60.93%,34.40% and 27.89% ,and variations scale and pods per plant were the greatest, with a value of growth period were the least, with a value of 4.17%. correlation analysis indicated that there was a significantly positive correlation between yield per plot and seed weight per plant, and there was also a positive correlation tends among plant height , pods per plant , NO.of seeds per plant , seeds per pod and yield per plot. principal component analysis showed that the first four principal components accounted for 92.16% of total variation. It is very important to select these agronomic characters which have bigger variant coefficient and have high yield , Seed weight per plant, pods per plant, NO.of seeds per plant, sweeds per pod.
