摘　　要：北京奥林匹克公园中心区的铺装形式既要考虑景观需求,还要考虑对雨水的利用效果。充分利用下垫面的透水特性对降雨进行有效入渗和滞蓄,从而对降雨径流的发生、发展及水量、水质进行控制,是中心区雨水利用的核心思想。通过雨水利用设施的建设,可以减少区域内因开发建设造成的降雨径流系数增大,严格控制外排水量的增加。Not only the beauty of the landscape, but also the efficiency of storm water reclamation should be considered in determining the pattern of the pavement in Beijing Olympic Common Domain. The key idea of storm water reclamation is to increase the infiltration and storage by utilizing high-infiltrative underlying surface, and to control the runoff of the precipitation and the quality/quantity of the storm water. Also, by the construction of storm water utilization facilities, the increase of runoff coefficient, which induced by the construction, could be mitigated; and the amount of the outflow could be limited.
