摘 要:就聚合氯化铝铁、聚合氯化铝、硫酸铝、有机混凝剂(PAM)、壳聚糖等对陶瓷废水处理进行比较试验。研究表明,壳聚糖比其他混凝剂更适合处理陶瓷废水,它不仅具有絮凝pH范围广、处理效率高的优点,而且处理成本低、环境协调。当陶瓷废水pH=6,壳聚糖的投加量为0.1mg/L,废水初始浓度为4g/L,250rpn搅拌2分钟,90rpn搅拌2分钟,此时的混凝效果最好。Several kinds inorganic coagulants (hard department's polymerization sulfuric acid ferroaluminum and aluminum department's polymerization aluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate), organic coagulants (PAM), chitosan were used on the comparison test to ceramic waste water processing. By comparison tests, it proved that chitosan coagulants is better suitable to process ceramics waste water. Not only is pH scope broadly and the processing efficiency high, but also is processing cost lower and environmental coordinate. When ceramic waste water pH=6, the chitosan throws the increment is 0.1mg/L, the initial density is 4g/L, the coagulation water power condition is 250rpn stirring 2 minutes, 90rpn stirring 2 minutes, coagulation effect is best.
