摘　　要：介绍了全自动旋转式自动印花机升降机构的设计过程,在明确印花机升降部件的动作要求及升降方式的基础上,确定了机构方案,以及具体的动作过程。在结构设计结束后,根据结构尺寸及运动学原理计算气缸负载,确定气缸参数。实际应用证明该方案结构紧凑、成本低、效率高。It introduces the design process of the elevating mechanism of the automatic revolving printing machine. Making sure of its movements and action mode ,the structure for this plan and its concrete movement are designed. After determining the elevating mechanism structure ,according to the size and kinematics principle compute the load of air cylinder,definite air cylinder parameter. Practical application prove that it is compact conformation, low cost and efficient.
