迷宫式压缩机在炼油厂“火炬”气体回收系统的应用

摘　　要：迷宫式活塞压缩机属于往复活塞式压缩机的一种,它是利用活塞在气缸中对流体进行挤压,而使流体压力提高并排出的压缩机械。迷宫式活塞压缩机采用了非接触式迷宫密封,不仅排气无油,而且气缸内不产生任何粉尘磨屑,同时对压缩介质中混入的杂质颗粒不敏感,在压缩易燃、易爆烃类气体、有毒气体或超高、超低温度工况下使用具有极高的安全可靠性。通过对迷宫式压缩机密封原理及基本特点的说明,论述该种迷宫式压缩机应用在火炬回收系统中的可行性及其优越性。The labyrinth type piston compressor belongs to the reciprocation reciprocal compressor＇s one kind,it uses the piston to compress the gas in the cylinder and enhance the cylinder inner pressure to discharge the gas. The labyrinth type piston compressor has used the non-contact type labyrinth,not only outlet gases do not have the oil,moreover the cylinder＇ inner surface does not produces any dust and abra-sive dust,simultaneously it is insensitive＇to the impurity and particles which is mixed in compressed gas ,in the compression flammable,explosive hydrocarbon compound gas,the noxious gas or the super-high,the super-low temperature operating condition,it also has the extremely high reliability. It will elaborates this kind of labyrinth type compressor application＇s feasibility and the superiority in the torch recovery system by describing the labyrinth type compressor seal principle and essential feature.
