摘　　要：目的:探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)治疗由EB病毒感染引起的传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的安全性和不良反应。方法:用更昔洛韦治疗传染性单核细胞增多症138例,治疗前后查血像和肝肾功能,了解GCV对血液和肝肾功能有无影响;观察并记录用药过程中出现的不良反应。结果:该组患儿用GCV治疗对外周血像无明显影响;少数患儿出现谷丙转氨酶(ALT)一过性升高。结论:更昔洛韦治疗传染性单核细胞增多症安全有效。Objective： To study the safety and adverse effects of ganciclovir（GCV） in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis induced by EB virus. Method： 138 cases of infectious mononucleosis were treated with GCV injection. The influence of GCV on the blood and the liver/renal functions was examined before and after the treatment. The adverse effects during the treatment were observed and documented. Result： GCV had no evident effect on the blood examination of the patients during the treatment, but in a few cases, ALT could be elevated. Conclusion： GCV is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis.
