摘　　要：工作流管理是目前企业管理领域的一个研究热点,而工作流建模是工作流技术在应用过程中必须解决的一个关键.现有工作流建模技术已经在很多领域得到应用,但仍然存在一些问题,在分布式、柔性和自动化程度等方面尚存在着不足,这将成为制约电子商务、企业资源规划等管理系统应用的瓶颈.寻求一些新的方法来解决工作流的建模问题已成为一个具有重要意义的研究课题.介绍了工作流建模技术及其发展现状、存在的问题、最新发展以及展望.Today, workflow management has been a hotspot in the area of enterprise management, and workflow modeling becomes a key factor of application of workflow technology. Existing modeling technology has been applied in many areas, but there are still some problems in distribution, flexibility, the degree of automation and other aspects, which become bottleneck of management system application of EC, ERP, etc. To find new ways to solve these problems has become an important research topic. In this paper, the current situation of workflow modeling technology has been introduced. Then the limitation of current workflow modeling technology and the reasons are also pointed out. Finally the future trends of workflow modeling study are given.
