港口(城市)-腹地关系与山东区域发展战略研究

摘　　要：自近代以来,港口(城市)-腹地关系始终主导着山东的经济增长与发展,特别是港口城市与区域中心城市形成的双核结构,对区域空间结构的演变产生了重要影响,促成了核心与外围区域的分化。随着日照港、兖石铁路和济宁复合城市群互动关系的加强,日照-济宁双核结构正在成长为鲁南区域增长的横轴。崛起的鲁南经济带将与胶济、沿海经济带共同构成"π"形战略布局。Since early modern times,the interaction between the port-cities and their hinterland has played a key role in helping the economic development of Shandong Province.Especially,the dual-core structure formed by the port-cities and the local key cities has exerted great impacts on the regional structure and led to the separation of the core area from the surrounding regions.Along with the frequent interaction among Rizhao Port,Yanzhou-Shijiu Railway and Jining City-complex,Rizhao-Jining dual-core structure is developing into the leading axis in south Shandong Province.The developing economic zone of south Shandong,Jiao-Ji region and the coastal economical region will form a π-shaped strategic economic zone.
