摘　　要：通过应用系统动力学建立城市新区规划系统仿真模型,已成为新区规划的一种重要手段。从分析构建仿真模型过程中通常所采用的系统分析方法入手,阐明了该方法的一些不足之处,提出了一种改进型的分析方法,即系统反馈环分析方法,探讨了该方法的机理和可行性,并结合天津滨海新区空港加工区的案例,论述了该方法对仿真模型系统结构和行为模式的分析过程。Setting up system simulation model by using system dynamics to do system simulation analysis on the new urban area has become an important method in urban new area planning. In this paper, starting with analysis on the methods of systematic analysis which is commonly used in the process of conceiving simulation model, some disadvantages of that method are stated. An improved analyzing measure, named systematic feedback loop analysis is put forward. The principle and feasibility of this method is discussed, and the analysis process of using this method in simulation model system framework and behavior pattern is dissertated with Airport Industrial Park of Tianjin Binhai New Area for example.
