摘　　要：系统论中有一道著名的问题：1＋1等于几？答案是，在一个适合的系统中，整体会大干部分之和，也就是1＋1〉2。在经济生活中、在科技研发中，让1＋1进发出大于2的能量，这就是集成创新。但同时，若要使这种能量有效地产生和进发，并不是一件容易的事情。而正是这样一位“魔术师”和他的“魔术”研发设计团队，使烟大铁路轮渡项目从铁路、港口、船舶到航运的多个行业，从土木建筑、工程结构、岩土、海洋气象水文地质到机械、电力、通信信号、安全监控等的每一个专业有机地组成了一个整体，“魔幻”般地进发出了1＋1大于2的能量……人们不禁要问，这位“魔术师”是谁？There is a well-known problem in the System Theory： One plus one equals which？ The answer is, in a suitable system, the whole will be greater than the sum of parts, which is one plus one outweighs two. In the economic life and in science and technology research and development, one plus one outweighs two is integrated innovation. But at the same time, to make this energy effectively generate and burst out, is not an easy thing.
