微创矫治术治疗漏斗胸(附6例报告)

摘　　要：目的：探讨微创矫治术治疗小儿漏斗胸的相关临床经验。方法：本组共6例,4例为对称性漏斗胸,2例为非对称性,年龄6～18岁,均在胸腔镜下行微创漏斗胸矫治术。结果：6例均顺利完成手术,手术时间40～70min,术中术后无严重并发症发生,术后胸廓外形改善,疗效满意。结论：微创矫治术治疗漏斗胸手术微创、安全、可行,但远期效果的评价还需进一步观察。Objective： To review clinical experience with minimally invasive repair（ Nuss procedure） for pectus excavatunr（PE）. Methods： In six cases, the age range was from six years to eighteen years. There were four cases with symmetric PE and two cases with asymmetric PE.All cases received Nuss procedure under thoracoscope. Results： Excellent results were achieved in all cases. The operating times ranged 40-70 min. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion： The Nuss procedure is safe and minimally invasive, the evaluation of long-term result requires further study.
