摘  要:采用最新标准对竹原纤维织物及毛竹竹粉的抑菌率进行了测定.在奎因法和振荡法中,竹原纤维织物对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)的抑菌率分别为50.1%和9.0%,对大肠杆菌(8099)的抑菌率分别为75.1%和26.5%,毛竹竹粉的抑菌率均为0.根据新标准评价竹原纤维织物虽有一定的抑菌性,但无抗菌效果,并且毛竹竹粉无抗菌效果.分析认为竹原纤维自身不含有抗菌化学物质,其抑菌性能来源于天然、独特的纤维结构,属于物理抑菌.Bacteriostatic rates of the natural bamboo fabric and bamboo powder were tested based on the latest standard. According to the Quinn method and the shaking method the bacteriostatic rates of the natural bamboo fabric were 50. 1% and 9. 0% for Staphylococcus arueus (ATCC 6538), 75. 1% and 26. 5 % for Escherichia coli. (8099), respectively, while the bacteriostatic rates of bamboo powder were 0 in the same situation. It was evaluated that the natural bamboo fabric has bacteriostatic activity, but has no antibacterial property based on the latest antibacterial standard. And bamboo powder has no antibacterial effects. It was analyzed that there were no antibacterial components in the natural bamboo fiber, the bacteriostatic activity came from the crude and particular micro-structural of the natural bamboo fiber, and it was attributed to the physics bacteriostatic activity.
