摘 要:消防服需要具备热防护性等各种功能,从材料构成角度取决于其使用的各层织物及组合方式.为求解消防服的多层织物系统具有最佳性能的配伍组合问题,提出了两步法进行筛选:首先测评各组份织物的基本性能;其次对满足基本性能要求的各层织物按正交表设计的组合方案进行整体性能测评.以国内消防服产品常用织物为例进行了讨论,分析了多层织物组合系统的整体热防护性能(TPP)值与其厚度、面密度、燃烧前后质量损失之间的关系.Firefighter Protective Clothing has flame protection and other properties which are decided by different layers and their combination ways from the material aspects. In order to get the optimal combination way of different layers, a two-stage method was suggested. The first stage was to measure the basic properties of each fabric to choose the qualified fabric based on the related standards. And the second stage was to test multi-layered fabric's heat and moisture transfer properties and the TPP (Total Protective Performance), which were combined according to orthogonal layout. The suggested method was applied to analyze fabrics used in domestic firefighter protective clothing. The relations among the TPP of the multi-layered fabrics and the weight, thickness and weight loss in the TPP test were discussed.
