武汉会战前的湖北交通建设述论

摘　　要：九一八事变后至武汉会战前,南京国民政府和湖北省政府在湖北境内进行了较大规模的交通建设。文章主要从修筑新公路、发展内河航运、改善铁路与航空运输等方面,对这一时期湖北交通建设情况及其成效进行了考察。文章指出这些交通建设的进行及其所取得成就,对战前湖北社会的政治、经济、军事、商业等方面的发展具有一定积极作用,是湖北抗战准备的重要组成部分,为尔后的武汉会战和抗日斗争奠定了重要的基础,也为后来的湖北交通建设提供了经验与教训。From September 18th Incident to the eve of mass campaign in Wuhan, the government of Nanjing National and the government of Hubei Province hade carried on the transportation construction in domestic Hubei Province with great scale. The transportation construction and its effectiveness in Hubei have been explored in this paper mainly from the respect of constructing new roads, developing river shipping and improving rail and air transport during this period. In the article it is pointed out that the construction and its achievements are beneficial to social politics, economy, military and trade development of prewar Hubei, are the major component of preparation of anti - Japanese war, have laid an important foundation for the subsequent mass campaign in Wuhan and the war of resistance against Japan, and provided experiences and lessons for afterward Hubei transportation construction as well.
