摘　　要：变频器是目前应用最广泛的交流调速控制装置,针对其工作特点,详细分析了安装环境要求、安装方法及防尘措施,具体讨论了接线规范,包括主电路的接线、控制电路的接线以及制动单元的接线,说明了接线过程中应注意的主要问题,详细阐述了变频器的日常维护和定期检查措施。Inverters are widely used in alternative variable speed control devices at present. The installation condition requirements, methods of installation and measures of dust prevention were analyzed in detail in accordance with its operation characteristics with a detail description on the wiring specification including the wiring of main circuit, control circuit and braking unit, an illustration of the principal problems that should be paid attention to in the wiring process and an elaboration of the routine maintenance and regular inspection of the inverter.
