摘 要:以环氧树脂(EP)为基体树脂、经硅烷偶联剂改性后的压电陶瓷钛酸钡(BaTiO3)为增强填料,采用浇铸法制备了有机/无机介电复合材料。研究了填料用量对复合材料介电性能、力学性能和热性能的影响。实验结果表明,BaTiO3能显著提高材料的介电常数,当w(BaTiO3)=60%时,复合材料的介电常数为23.6,比纯EP的介电常数(4.0)提高了近6倍,而且复合材料的介电常数受频率影响较小,具有较好的频率稳定性;随着BaTiO3含量的增加,材料的弯曲强度和冲击强度都呈先增后减的趋势,最大弯曲强度和冲击强度分别为123.8 MPa和26.3 kJ/m2;材料的热稳定性研究表明,材料的起始热分解温度随着BaTiO3含量的增加而提高,材料的耐热性能得到改善。With epoxy resin(EP) as matrix resin and BaTiO3 modified by silane coupling agent as reinforced filler,the organic/inorganic dielectric composites were prepared by casting method. The influence of the BaTiO3 content was studied on the dielectric ,mechanical and thermal properties of composites. The experiment result showed that BaTiO3 could increase obviously the dielectric constant of composites. The dielectric constant of composite(23.6) was about 6 times larger than of pure EP(4.0) when mass fraction of BaTiO3 was 60%. The di- electric constant of composites had better frequency stability because the influence of frequency on the dielectric constant of composites was less. With the increase of the filler's content ,the bend strength and impact strength have trend of increase-fall. The maximal bend strength and impact strength are 123.8 MPa and 26.3 kJ/m2,respectively. The research of thermal stability showed that the initial decomposition temperature was increased with incremental BaTiO3 content, so the thermal property was improved by BaTiO3 particles.
