摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(N220)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,研究了丙酮含量、DMPA含量、乳液固含量、中和度和中和剂种类对WPU乳液粘度的影响。研究结果表明,DMPA含量越高、中和度越大,乳液粘度越大;随着丙酮含量的增加,乳液粘度呈先降后增再降的趋势;在低固含量时,乳液粘度随固含量增加而变化不大,在高固含量时,乳液粘度随固含量增加而明显增大;用三乙胺(TEA)中和的WPU乳液,其综合性能最好。A series of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared with TDI,N220, DEG and DMPA as raw materials. The effects of acetone content,DPMA Content,emulsion solid content,neutralization degree and neutralizer kinds on the viscosity of WPU emulsion were studied. The research result showed that emulsion viscosity was increased with the increase of neutralization degree and DPMA content,the emulsion viscosity have trend of decreased-increased-decreased with increase of acetone content. The change of emulsion viscosity was little in low solid content but increased obviously in high solid content with increase of solid content. Integration performance of WPU emulsion with TEA as neutralizer was best.
