摘  要:采用新型环保阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)、三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)和氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)_2]复合对PP进行阻燃改性。研究了DBDPE与Sb_2O_3的协同效应,复合阻燃剂对PP阻燃性能、物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:当复合阻燃剂的质量分数为35%,DBDPE与Sb_2O_3的质量比为3:1,DBDPE与Mg(OH)_2的质量比为1:1时,改性阻燃PP的氧指数达到30%,阻燃等级达到V-0级,并保持良好的物理机械性能。Flame retardant polypropylene was prepared by the use of the composition of novel composite flame retardant Decabromodiphenylethane (DBDPE)/SbaO3/Mg(OH)2, and the synergistic effect of DBDPE with Sb2O3, and the effect of the composite flame retardant on the flame retardance, physical and mechanical properties of the polypropylene (PP) were studied. The results showed when the mass fraction of the composite flame retardant was 35%, the mass ratio of DBDPE to Sb2O3 was 3 : 1, and that of DBDPE to Mg(OH)2 was 1 : 1, the LOI of the modified PP was 30%, with a flame retardance rate of UL V-0, and the mechanical properties of the modified PP were good.
