摘  要:采用流延成型法将胶原蛋白水溶液进行流延、凝固、后处理、干燥等工序制备出了胶原蛋白薄膜;测试了胶原蛋白薄膜的红外光谱和拉伸强度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能;讨论了后处理液质量浓度、后处理时间对胶原蛋白薄膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:胶原蛋白分子间发生了交联反应;随着后处理时间延长和后处理液质量浓度增大,胶原蛋白薄膜的拉伸强度、断裂强度和断裂伸长率等力学性能得到改善和提高;对经过后处理的胶原蛋白薄膜进行浸水后,其耐水性有明显提高。红外光谱说明胶原蛋白分子间发生了交联。Collagen protein casting film was prepared from liquor collagen protein by means of the casting method consisting of casting, solidification, post-treatment and drying, etc. The mechanical properties, such as the tensile strength, elongation at break, and the infra-red spectrum of the film were measured. The effects of the concentration of treatment fluid and treatment time on the mechanical properties of the film were discussed. The results showed there had crosslinking reaction among the moleculars of the collagen protein; the tensile strength, breaking strength and elongation at break of the film increased with the increase of the treatment time and the concentration of treatment fluid. The resistance to water increased clearly after the post-treatment. The result of infrared spectrum showed the moleculars of the collagen protein film had been crosslinked.
