摘 要:利用正压法音速喷嘴气体流量标准装置,通过调节试验管道中介质的工作压力(0.23~0.5 MPa)来改变介质密度,分别在空气密度为2.774 kg/m^3、3.619 kg/m^3、4.782 kg/m^3、5.987 kg/m^3四种情况下对50mm口径涡街流量计的流量特性(仪表系数、线性度、不确定度、流量下限)进行了大量试验研究。试验结果表明,不同密度下涡街流量计仪表系数的最大相对误差为0.405%,验证了涡街流量计仪表系数几乎不受流体密度变化的影响;并发现涡街流量计的流量下限随着介质密度的增大而向下延伸,对此现象进行了分析。To investigate the flow characteristics including meter coefficient, linearity, uncertainty and lower flow limit of the vortex flowmeter under different medium densities, tremendous experiments are performed on the gas flow calibration facility based on harotropic venturi nozzles. The flowmeter with a diameter of 50 mm was calibrated at the air density of 2. 774 kg/m^3 , 3. 619 kg/ m^3 , 4.782 kg/m^3 and 5.987 kg/m^3 respectively by adjusting the pressure in conduits from 0.23 MPa to 0.5 MPa. The results demonstrate that the maximum relative error of meter coefficient under different densities is 0.405%, which verifies that the medium density has little influence on the meter coefficient of vortex flowmeter. It is also found that the lower flow limit extends downward with the increase of medium density. And the reason for this phenomenon is discussed.
