生脉注射液对胃癌术后免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉注射液对胃癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:28例胃癌患者随机分为病例组和对照组分别给予手术治疗后,病例组采用常规化疗+生脉注射液,对照组采用常规化疗+安慰剂,于术前、术后1个月及3个月流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞表面标记物CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+比值,ELASA法检测外周血血清中IFN-γ的浓度。结果:实验组外周血淋巴细胞及其亚群的比例与对照组不同,表现为实验组CD3+细胞增加、CD4+细胞增加、CD4+/CD8+比值升高,实验组外周血血清中IFN-γ浓度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液可以有效的提高胃癌术后患者的免疫力。Objective ： To observe the variation of Immune Functions in gastric cancer patients when using Shengmai injection before or after operation. Methods ： 28 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both receiving operations. Experimental group adopted routine chemotherapy plus Shengmai injection and control group used routine chemotherapy plus placebo. Lymphocyte surface markers CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CDs and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratios of peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry and concentration of IFN - γ was detected by ELASA. Results： Ratios in the lymphocyte subpopalation of peripheral blood in experimental group were different from those in control group： CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ increased obviously in experimental group and IFN-γ concentration was higher than control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Shengmai injection can effectively improve the immune function in postoperative gastric cancer patients.
