萧美茹教授中西医结合妇科临床思想探析

摘　　要：萧美茹教授、主任医师是天津中医药大学妇科重点学科带头人,率先在天津中医系统引进微创手术腹腔镜技术,并使其联合中药制剂直接用于术中巧克力囊肿治疗,使腹腔镜下中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症成为可能。她还在中西医结合促卵泡发育、促排卵、改善子宫内膜容受性方面进行了深入研究,促使现代医学的系统理论和中医的整体理论完美的结合,并应用于辅助生殖领域。多年来,在中西医结合妇科临床和教学方面做出了卓越的贡献。Professor Xiao Meiru, the Chief Doctor and the leading person of Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine University, is the first person who introduced and applied the tiny - wound laparoscopic surgery in Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medical area. This technique was used by combining with traditional Chinese medicine to treat Chocolate Cyst occurred during operations. This has make it possible to treat the endometriosis under celiosocpe by applying the combination method of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Xiao Meiru also has done a lot of research in the area of Up Growth of Follicles and Uterine Mucosa to improve the endometrial receptivity by using the method of combining western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medical. This has demonstrated the perfect integration of advance medical system and traditional Chinese medical system. This integration has been popularly applied in assisting procreation. Professor Xiao＇s research and application has contributed to the gynecology clinic and education area.
