潜阳熄风胶囊治疗中风病先兆证85例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察潜阳熄风胶囊治疗中风病先兆证的疗效和安全性。方法:将155例中风病先兆证患者随机分为两组。治疗组85例给予潜阳熄风胶囊;对照组66例给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患者的总体疗效、中医证候疗效、发作频次改善情况、血液流变学转化情况以及不良反应,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组综合疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:潜阳熄风胶囊治疗中风病先兆证具有整体作用优势。Objective： To observe the curative effect and safety of Qianyang Xifeng Capsule on apoplexy omen syndrome. Methods：Totally 155 patients were randomized into two groups. The 85 patients of treated group with Qianyang Xifeng Capsule;the 66 patients of control group with Flanarizine Hydrochloride Capsules. A courses of treatment for a month, the total curative effect, TCM syndrome curative effect, the number of times reductive at occurrence, the amelioration in hemorheology, and the adverse re- action of two groups were observed and statistics analysis after three course of treatment. Results ：The comprehensive curative effect of treated group was obvious better than that of control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：It is superior that apoplexy omen syndrome was entire by Qianyang Xifeng Capsule.
