临床路径在治疗急性发作期颈性眩晕的应用评价

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨颈性眩晕急性发作期临床路径在减少患者医疗费用、提高疗效方面的应用。方法:将急诊收入的120例病人随机分成两组,治疗组采用临床路径方式进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法。进行医疗费用和治疗2周后临床疗效的比较。结果:治疗组平均医疗费用270.2527元,对照组312.6310元,两者比较P<0.05;治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组76.67%,疗效比较P<0.05。结论:颈性眩晕急性发作期临床路径的应用较其他常规治疗能减少患者医疗费用,提高临床疗效。Objective ：To investigate the result of appling the clinical pathway in the treatment of cervical vertigo in acute episode. Methods：A total ot 120 patients with cervical vertigo in acute episode admitted in the Emergency department were divided into two groups randomly. The trial group were treated accrod to clinical pathway, the control group were applied by conventional therapy. The hospital residence-medical cost,therapeutic efficacy after two weeks were compared. Results： The average medical cost in the trial group was 270. 2527 yuan,compared to 312. 6310 yuan in controlled group（P 〈0. 05）. The total effect rate in trial group is 91.67% ,compared to 76.67% in controlled group. Conclusion ：The clinical pathway is worth to be promoted applying in the clinical as a new medical quality management tool.
