摘 要:目的:观察大黄对脓毒症(Sepsis)患者氧合功能的影响。方法:对符合纳入标准的60例脓毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规综合治疗;治疗组30例加用大黄鼻饲。比较两组氧分压、氧饱和度并计算氧合指数,观察血乳酸含量等指标的变化及患者第14天脱机率与死亡率。结果:治疗组血气分析、氧合指数、心率、呼吸、血乳酸含量及患者第14天脱机率及死亡率与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(P〈0.05—0.01)。结论:大黄对脓毒症患者具有明显改善氧合功能,降低血乳酸含量,改善组织缺氧状态,提高脱机率及降低死亡率的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of rhubarb on oxygenate function of patients with Sepsis. Methods:60 patients with Sepsis were randomly divided into the contrast group and the treatment group with 30 eases each group. The contrast group was treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group was added with rhubarb. The oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation were compared and oxygenation index calculated. The variation of index such as serum2-hydroxypropionie acid, the rate of weaning from mechanical ventilation in 14 days and death rate of patients were observed. Results: Compared with the contrast group, the treatment group had significant difference on oxygenate function, the rate of weaning from mechanical ventilation, the content of serum2-hydroxypropionic acid and death rate. Conclusion: Rhubard can improve oxygenate function and the anoxic condition in the tissue, reduce the level of lactate in blood, the rate of weaning from mechanical ventilation and the rate of death.
