摘　　要：在空分设备停车期间,因精氩冷凝器内存有液氮,造成精氩塔氩侧产生负压,使湿空气通过余气放空管道进入精氩塔,水分在低温处结冰后冻堵余气放空管。介绍处理措施和故障处理时的注意事项,并提出了防范措施。Vacuum formed at pure argon column during the shutdown period of air separation unit, due to the liquid nitrogen in pure argon condenser, led to the entering of humid air to the pure argon column through the residual gas exhausting pipelines. The frozen water under low temperature then blocked the residual gas exhausting pipeline. The treatment measures and noticeable points during treatment are introduced, and some corresponding precautions are also proposed.
