摘　　要：介绍空分设备空气预冷系统低温水泵流量降低,电机温度和膨胀阀开度增加的故障现象,通过对运行参数的对比分析和前期处理,判断故障由冷冻机蒸发器铜管被结晶物堵塞导致换热效果降低引起,对蒸发器进行封闭、循环酸洗,消除了故障。Fault phenomena of the decreased cold water pump＇s flux in air pre-cooling system, the rising motor temperature and the increased expansion valve opening in an air separation unit are introduced. According to the comparative analysis and pretreatment of the operating parameters, the faults are attributed to the deterioration of heat exchange performance due to the blockage of chiller evaporator＇s copper tube with crystal substance. The faults were eliminated by closed and circulating pickling of the evaporator.
