摘　　要：介绍空压机加压送气过程中,空冷塔出口管道安全阀超压起跳故障和操作参数,超压原因是压力变送器取压管被堵塞,使压力变送器传输的压力值偏低、滞后,阐述了解决方法和预防措施。The fault of relief valve＇ s corresponding operating parameters, overpressure activation at outlet pipeline of air cooling tower, as well as the during the compressed gas supply with an air compressor is introduced. The overpressure is attributed to the blockage at the pressure sampler tube for pressure sensor, which misled the transmitted pressure with a relatively lower and lagged value. The solutions and precautions are proposed to avoid the fault.
